‘Super events’ raise £500

Screen Shot 2016-06-03 at 11.47.09MORRISONS Community Champion Emily Cook teamed up with a number of schools in Llanelli during April to host a fundraising week for the Sue Ryder charity.

Emily told The Herald, “We had some super events and raised £500 for the charity.

“All of the schools in the area were fantastic but we were particularly impressed with the efforts of head teacher Tania Morgan. We held a bake off and a tea party on Friday (Apr 29) which was a great hit.”
